Exact limits can change
Monthly report limits and other numeric caps are set per plan in the dashboard and may be adjusted over time — check Settings → Subscription for the current numbers on your account.
Trial
New accounts get a 14-day trial with Studio-level limits, so you can try video recording, console/network capture, reproduction steps, and AI duplicate detection before committing to a plan.
Upgrading, downgrading, and billing
Manage your plan from Settings → Subscription — switch between monthly and annual billing, or open the Manage subscription link to reach the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Actions blocked by your plan (e.g. creating a project beyond projects_max, or a
report beyond your monthly cap) show an upgrade prompt explaining exactly which limit
was hit, with a direct link to upgrade.
