Exact limits can change
Monthly report caps and how many Team seats you can invite are shown in the dashboard for your plan and may be adjusted over time — check Account → Subscription for the current numbers on your account. The project owner does not use a seat.
Trial
New accounts get a 14-day trial with Studio-level features, so you can try video recording, console/network capture, reproduction steps, and AI duplicate detection before committing to a plan.
Upgrading, downgrading, and billing
Manage your plan from Account → Subscription — switch between monthly and annual billing, or open the Manage subscription link to reach the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Actions blocked by your plan (for example creating another project, inviting another Team seat, or filing another report this month) show an upgrade prompt explaining what was hit, with a link to upgrade.
