Plans are priced by projects and reports only. There are no seats and no per-reporter pricing: invite as many teammates and clients as you like on every plan.

Included on every plan: unlimited reporters and teammates, the "It's fixed" email and status page, issue grouping, the WordPress developer-context snapshot, the React Native SDK, and the Chrome extension.
Trial
New accounts get 14 days of Studio, with no card. The clock starts at your first real report and is capped at 30 days after sign-up. When it ends you drop to Free, so your setup keeps working and you can see what you'd lose. Pick a paid plan any time to keep Studio features.
White label
On Agency the SnagRelay badge is removed automatically from the widget, the reporter status page, and reporter emails. There's no separate branding switch to turn on.
Upgrading, downgrading, and billing
Open Account → Plan & billing. Switch between Monthly and Annual, choose a plan, or click Manage billing for invoices and payment methods in the Stripe customer portal. Your current plan and its status (Active, Cancelling, a trial's days left) sit at the top.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Actions your plan blocks, such as creating another active project or going over 25 reports a month on Free, show an upgrade prompt that explains what was hit and links to upgrade.
