Your Access

Invited people land on You’re in / Your access (/users/access) after accepting an invite or opening a one-time email link.

There is no API token to copy. Sign-in happens in the Chrome extension.

Sign in from the Chrome extension

Use this when the Project’s Installation channel is Chrome Extension (or whenever they report from matching hosts in Chrome, Edge, or Brave).

1. Install SnagRelay - Intelligent Bug Capture.
2. Open the extension popup and click Sign in.
3. Sign in with the same email they were invited with (password or Google).
4. The extension loads their Projects and injects the widget on Match URLs.

Project owners do the same with their owner account — that loads every Project they own. See Chrome Extension.

Unlock a web session

This block only appears when a Project has Require authenticated users enabled on the Web Code install channel.

1. On Your access, find the Project and click Unlock.
2. They’re sent to the site’s origin with a short-lived handoff code; the widget exchanges it and unlocks in that browser.

This does not change Chrome extension sign-in. Unlocking in a second browser (e.g. Safari after Chrome) creates another web session — both stay valid until they expire or you hit the session cap.

Request a new link

If the browser session expires, they can open /users/access, enter their email, and click Send link. Requesting a new link (or an admin Resend access) does not sign them out of the Chrome extension.
