What is SnagRelay?
A quick overview of what SnagRelay does and who it's for.
SnagRelay auto-captures page state, console errors, network activity, and a session replay the moment someone reports a bug — so the report that lands in your tracker has everything a developer needs to reproduce and fix it, without a back-and-forth thread of "can you send a screenshot?" and "what browser were you on?".
Who reports bugs
Anyone — no account, no technical knowledge required. A reporter clicks the widget button, draws on the screenshot to point at the problem, writes a sentence or two, and hits send.
- QA engineers and testers running through test plans
- Product managers triaging feedback during UAT
- Agency clients reviewing a staging build
- End users, if you choose to show the widget publicly
Who fixes bugs
Developers, working in the issue tracker they already use every day. SnagRelay doesn't ask your team to adopt a new backlog — reports are delivered directly into Jira, Linear, Trello, GitHub Issues, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Boards.
