Integrations

GitHub

Deliver bug reports as GitHub Issues.

Connecting

From the Integration tab, choose GitHub. This triggers a separate GitHub OAuth flow scoped for repository access (repo) — independent of any GitHub account you might use to log in to SnagRelay itself. Search and select the repository issues should be filed against.

What gets synced

Collaborators (assignees) and labels from the selected repository. GitHub Issues don't have a native priority field, so priority is tracked on SnagRelay's side (e.g. via labels, if you configure them that way).

What gets created

A GitHub issue in the selected repository. Screenshots and videos are uploaded to SnagRelay's storage and linked from a comment on the issue (GitHub Issues doesn't support direct binary attachments the way Jira or Trello do).

Reconnecting

See Integration Disconnected if the OAuth token is revoked.
