Connecting

From the Integration tab, choose Jira. This opens an Atlassian OAuth popup requesting read/write access to Jira work items and your user profile. After approving, choose:

1. Your Jira Cloud site (if you have more than one)
2. The Jira project new issues should be created in

What gets synced

• Team members → available as assignees
• Statuses → grouped into todo / in_progress / done categories
• Priority levels → mapped to a 1–5 scale (Urgent → None)
• Labels

What gets created

A standard Jira issue in the selected project, with the report's title, description (including any captured technical context), and the annotated screenshot attached. Assignee, priority, and labels are set from the widget form, a triage rule, or your project's default assignee.

Reconnecting

If your Jira OAuth token expires or access is revoked, see Integration Disconnected — queued reports are delivered automatically once you reconnect.
