Reading a Report
The full diagnostic view — screenshot, errors, reproduction steps, and AI context.
Every report has a public detail page (/issues/{token}/report), linked from the tracker
issue SnagRelay created (via its "View in..." link) and from Logs.
Anyone with the link can view it — no SnagRelay login required — which makes it easy to
share with a contractor or another team.
Tabs
The reporter's description, plus Browser & Environment (OS, browser, viewport), User Agent, and other technical info. If AI enhancement is enabled, an AI Summary appears here too.
Console Errors & Warnings and Network Errors — each with the full stack trace, request/response headers, and bodies where captured.
Auto-generated reproduction steps, broken into Navigate, Interaction, Observe, Console, and Network categories — reconstructed from the reporter's actual session leading up to the report. See Reproduction Steps.
Metadata about the recording plus an Open Replay button, if a session replay was captured (Agency plan). If none exists, this tab shows "No session replay available."
Affected areas/components, plus a Copy full AI context button that copies a structured Markdown or JSON block — ready to paste into Cursor, Claude, or any AI coding assistant.
What you won't find here
Screenshots aren't shown as a separate tab on this page — the annotated screenshot is attached directly to the tracker issue instead (as an image or attachment, depending on the provider).
