Extension Not Detected
The widget isn't picking up the Chrome extension for screenshots.
The Chrome Extension only improves screenshot quality on Chrome, Edge, and Brave — it has no effect on other browsers, and the widget silently falls back to its built-in capture method everywhere else, so reports still go through either way.
If you expect the extension to be active and it isn't:
- Reload the page after installing the extension — it needs the page (and the widget script on it) to load fresh after installation.
- Confirm you're on a Chromium browser. Firefox and Safari always use the built-in fallback.
- Check the extension is enabled, not just installed — it can be toggled off from
chrome://extensions. - Confirm the widget is actually present on the page. The extension has nothing to attach to without the web widget script installed and initialized.
There's no visible "connected" indicator in the widget UI — if screenshots look correct and the widget otherwise works, it's using whichever capture method is available; there's nothing further to configure.
