Extension Not Working

The Chrome extension isn’t injecting the widget or isn’t picking up your project.

If you use SnagRelay - Intelligent Bug Capture and the report button doesn’t appear:

  1. Confirm the project’s Install tab channel is Chrome extension.
  2. Confirm Sites to show it on includes the host you’re on (e.g. example.com or *.example.com).
  3. Confirm you connected: owners click Sign in as owner in the popup; invited people click Authenticate (email + 6-digit code). They can also use Authenticate Chrome on Your access after opening the magic link. There is no API token to paste.
  4. Reload the tab after saving the sites list or signing in. With the dashboard open in Chrome, saving the Install tab can ping the extension to refresh its project list.
  5. Confirm the extension is enabled on chrome://extensions and you’re on Chrome, Edge, or Brave.
  6. Confirm you didn’t switch the project to Script, WordPress, or React Native. That turns off extension injection.
