Extension Not Working

The Chrome extension isn’t injecting the widget or isn’t picking up your Project.

If you use SnagRelay - Intelligent Bug Capture and the report button doesn’t appear:

  1. Confirm the Project’s Installation channel is Chrome Extension.
  2. Confirm Match URLs include the host you’re on (e.g. example.com or *.example.com).
  3. Confirm you connected: owners click Sign in as owner in the popup; invited people click Authenticate Chrome on Your access after opening the magic link. There is no API token to paste.
  4. Reload the tab after saving Match URLs or signing in. With the dashboard open in Chrome, saving Installation can ping the extension to refresh its project list.
  5. Confirm the extension is enabled on chrome://extensions and you’re on Chrome, Edge, or Brave.
  6. Confirm you didn’t switch the Project back to Web or WordPress — that turns off extension injection.
